We’re looking for a YouTube Long-Form Video Editor to work with us on content for U.S.-based content creators.

(this is not just an execution role. we’re looking for someone who understands YouTube, retention, and storytelling and can make editorial decisions that keep viewers watching.)

What you'll be responsible for-

- Editing long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing and storytelling
- Understanding how the first 30–60 seconds impact retention
- Identifying strong hooks and moments from raw footage
- Using B-roll, text, graphics, sound design, and animations where they actually add value
- Making editing decisions based on the creator’s audience, niche, and content style
- Thinking beyond just making a video “look good” and focusing on making it perform well

How we work- You’ll work with one content creator at a time, allowing you to understand their niche, audience, content, and what performs well.

You’ll also work alongside our Content Strategist, who will provide context, feedback, and guidance on the thinking behind each video.

We provide brand and editing guidelines,



but we also want editors who can think independently, take feedback well, and improve with every edit.

What we’re looking for-

- Experience editing long-form YouTube content
- Robust understanding of retention and average view duration
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
- Ability to identify and create strong hooks
- Understanding of when to use graphics, B-roll, and animations, and when not to
- Willingness to research the audience and niche
- Receptive to feedback and revisions
- Strong accountability and ability to meet deadlines

Compensation- ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and fit.

Additional performance-based bonuses may also be available.
