Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a growth strategy for YouTube and social media channels.
- Scale channels organically through content strategy, audience research, SEO, distribution, and

experimentation.
- Identify high-potential content topics, formats, hooks, titles, thumbnails, and trends.
- Build a repeatable system for generating high-performing YouTube videos and Shorts/Reels.
- Analyze YouTube Analytics and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, engagement, subscribers per video, and

returning viewers.
- Conduct competitor and niche analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Develop strategies for increasing organic reach and monthly views.
- Work closely with content writers, video editors, designers, and subject-matter experts to

improve content performance.

Must-Have Experience:

- Proven experience scaling a YouTube or Instagram account from 0 to 200K+ subscribers/

followers.
- Proven experience achieving 1M+ monthly views on YouTube or equivalent large-scale organic

reach on Instagram.
- Strong understanding of YouTube growth, YouTube SEO, audience retention, CTR, watch

time, recommendations, and content discovery.
- Ability to identify why a video performs well or poorly and translate insights into the next





content experiment.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of organic growth, content distribution, and audience acquisition.

Mandatory Application Requirement:

- Starting subscriber/follower count.
- Final subscriber/follower count.

- Peak and/or average monthly views.
