Role Description The Yarn Dyeing Manager (Textile) is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. The role involves overseeing the entire yarn dyeing process, including planning dyeing schedules, supervising dyeing operations, and ensuring that color shades, quality standards, and production targets are consistently met. The manager will coordinate with procurement for dyes and chemicals, monitor machine settings, manage dye recipes, and optimize resource utilization to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Daily responsibilities include guiding and training shop-floor staff, maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations,



and working closely with quality control to resolve shade variations or process issues. The role also requires maintaining accurate production records, supporting audits, and collaborating with senior management on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of yarn dyeing processes, dyeing techniques, and textile production workflows.
- Experience in managing dyeing machines, setting process parameters, and handling dyes and chemicals safely.
- Ability to supervise and train production staff, allocate tasks, and maintain disciplined shop-floor operations.
- Understanding of quality control procedures, shade matching, and defect analysis in yarn dyeing.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to textile and chemical handling.
- Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a yarn dyeing manager or in a similar supervisory role within the textile industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work under production deadlines.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with procurement, quality, and management teams.
- Basic computer literacy for recording production data and preparing reports.
