About the Role

We are seeking experienced Workday professionals to join our growing Workday practice. We are hiring across Functional and Technical tracks for Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager, and Associate Director levels.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday HCM, Integrations, Reporting, Security, Studio, Extend, Orchestrate, Payroll, Perks, Learning, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, and Finance modules, with experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations, support, enhancements, and transformation programs for global clients.

Workday Technical Requirements: -

Integration & Technical Expertise:

- Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations including:
- Workday Studio
- EIB
- Core Connectors
- Cloud Connectors
- PECI / PICOF
- Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- RaaS
- XML, XSLT, Document Transformation
- Workday Security (ISU/ISSG)
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex integrations.

Responsibilities include:

- End-to-end Workday implementations
- Requirement gathering workshops
- Solution design and configuration
- Business Process Framework (BPF) configuration
- Security setup
- UAT support
- Data conversion and migration
- Client stakeholder management
- Go-live and post-production support

Leadership Expectations (Manager / AD): -

- Lead client workshops and solution discussions
- Manage project teams and delivery workstreams
- Drive solution architecture and governance
- Mentor junior consultants
- Stakeholder and executive management
- Support business development, proposals, and pre-sales activities
