Position: Workday Adaptive Planning (EPM) Consultant

Work Location: Remote

Shift: UK Shift 9 Hours

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds

Interview Process:

1 Round 1 – Virtual (Mandatory)

2 Round 2 – F2F (Mandatory)

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning

Experience in EPM / Enterprise Performance Management

Solid understanding of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes

Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;)

Experience with model building, dimensions, versions and sheets in Adaptive Planning

Strong knowledge of data integration and data loading

Experience in developing reports, dashboards and planning models

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Adaptive Planning solutions





Experience working with Finance and Business stakeholders

Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Experience in implementation, configuration and production support

Good to Have

Workday Adaptive Planning certifications

Experience with Workday HCM / Financial Management

Experience with ERP and third-party integrations

Knowledge of FP&A; transformation and EPM best practices

Experience working with global/UK stakeholders

Important

Candidates should be comfortable working in the UK shift (9 hours, 5 days a week).
