We are looking for an experienced Workday Data Mapping & Conversions professional to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions and Workday Advanced Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday Data Mapping & Conversions delivery and configuration
Design, build, configure, and deploy Workday solutions
Perform data mapping, conversion, validation, and troubleshooting
Develop and support Workday Advanced Reports
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and implementation standards
Support integrations, configuration, and customization activities
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills
Workday Data Mapping & Conversions – Mandatory
Workday Advanced Reporting
Workday configuration & customization
Workday integrations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Workday certification in primary skill – Mandatory
Candidate Profile
5.5+ years of relevant Workday experience
Robust hands-on experience in Data Mapping & Conversions
Experience working on Workday implementation/support projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead delivery activities
