We are looking for an experienced Workday Learning professional to join our team as a Team Lead / Consultant. The candidate will be responsible for Workday Learning configuration, delivery, implementation, and solution design aligned with business requirements.

Must-Have Skills

Workday Learning 5.5+ years of relevant Workday Learning experience

Workday Learning Certification – Mandatory

Configuration and customization

Workday integrations

Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

Valuable to Have

Workday Peakon Employee Voice Experience in enterprise Workday implementations

Knowledge of Workday best practices and compliance

Key Responsibilities





• Lead Workday Learning delivery and configuration activities

- Design, build, configure, and deploy Workday Learning solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
- Ensure solutions follow Workday best practices and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Support implementation and enhancement projects

Education & Certification

Mandatory: Relevant experience in Workday Learning along with Workday Learning certification.

Ideal Candidate

A Workday Learning professional with strong hands-on configuration experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead delivery activities while working closely with stakeholders.
