Role Description : Seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant with 5+ years of experience and active Workday Benefits certification. Must have experience in 3+ Benefits implementations, benefit plan configuration, requirements gathering, testing, data conversion, and client sessions. Knowledge of healthcare, retirement, insurance, PTO, and open Enrollment is preferred. Strong communication and project management skills required.

Key Responsibilities

- Active Workday Benefits Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of Workday experience is mandatory.
- Lead and support Workday Benefits implementations and configurations.
- Gather requirements and conduct client design sessions.
- Configure healthcare, retirement, insurance, PTO, and other benefit plans.
- Support testing, data conversion, open enrollment,



and issue resolution.
- Analyze Workday releases and assess configuration impacts.
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

- Experience with 3+ Workday Perks implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Benefits configuration.
- Experience with healthcare, retirement, insurance, PTO, and open enrollment.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
