Role & responsibilities

- Workday Benefits & Absence architecture/configuration

- Eligibility rules for benefit groups, benefit plans, leave plans, time off plans

- Benefit plan configuration: medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life & disability insurance, 401(k)

- Absence plan design (state & federal compliance)

- Compliance reporting: ACA, COBRA, FMLA

- Benefits/Absence-to-Payroll integration touchpoints and testing

- Custom reporting (standard, advanced, composite, matrix)

- Regression testing post-Workday releases

- Workday Benefits & Absence Certifications (preferred)

Preferred candidate profile

- Workday Absence Certification

- Workday Benefits Certification

- Experience with time tracking integration

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related degree

Qualifications

- 4-8 years of Workday Benefits & Absence configuration experience
- In depth knowledge of the touchpoints between Advantages, Absence, HCM, and Payroll

- Understanding of FMLA and State Leave programs
