About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Womenswear Designer with expertise in ethnic and western wear to create trend-led, commercially relevant collections aligned with the brand vision and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and trend-focused womenswear collections across ethnic and western wear.
- Conduct trend, market, and consumer research.
- Select fabrics, colours, trims, prints, and embellishments.
- Develop sketches, technical specifications, and garment details.
- Work with merchandising, sourcing, production, and marketing teams.
- Manage sampling, fit sessions, and design corrections.
- Present collections and design concepts to key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 4-6years of womenswear design experience, preferably with retail/fashion brands.




- Strong portfolio across ethnic and western wear.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ai Design and relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, colour pallet, trends ,fit, and fashion trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial/brand-building experience is an advantage.
