We are looking for an AI/ML-focused Automation Engineer who can design and implement intelligent, data-driven automation solutions. This role emphasizes leveraging Python and AI/ML techniques to build smart automation systems, with Power Automate and RPA tools used to orchestrate and operationalize workflows.

The ideal candidate will combine strong programming skills with a solid understanding of machine learning concepts and process automation.

Key Responsibilities• Design and develop AI/ML-driven automation solutions using Python, focusing on intelligent decision-making and data processing.

- Build and integrate machine learning models for use cases such as document processing, classification, prediction, and sentiment analysis.
- Develop Python-based automation scripts for data extraction, transformation, API integrations, and workflow optimization.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into business processes using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and RPA platforms.
- Orchestrate end-to-end automation workflows by combining AI models with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
- Work with structured and unstructured data (documents, emails, images) to create intelligent automation pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and automation reliability.
- Debug, test,



and maintain automation pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation for models, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- (Optional .NET Add-on) Develop backend services or APIs in .NET (C#) to support AI-powered automation systems.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Python development, AI/ML, or intelligent automation.
- Robust proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and basic ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn).
- Understanding of core machine learning concepts (classification, regression, NLP basics).
- Experience working with APIs (REST) and integrating multiple systems.
- Exposure to handling structured and unstructured data for automation use cases.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)• Experience with NLP, document intelligence, or chatbot frameworks.
- Familiarity with LLM-based workflows and AI-assisted automation (e.g., prompt engineering, agents).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows) or other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (AI services, Functions, Logic Apps).
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Exposure to .NET (C#) for API or backend development.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
