Job Title: New Product Development (NPD) Executive Department: New Product Development Industry: Wire Harness Manufacturing Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NPD Executive with 3 years of experience in Wire Harness manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for developing new wire harness products as per customer requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launch within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. Preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) for current wire harness projects. Development of new wire harness samples as per customer requirements.

Selection of suitable wires, connectors, terminals, and other components. Coordination with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for new product trials. Preparation of process flow, work instructions, and technical documents.





Conducting trial runs and ensuring product validation. Supporting costing activities for new projects. Handling engineering changes (ECN) and maintaining documentation. Ensuring compliance with customer standards and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications &

Skills: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in NPD or Design in Wire Harness industry. Strong knowledge of wire harness drawings and schematics. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of BOM preparation and documentation. Familiarity with AutoCAD or relevant design software (preferred). Good coordination and communication skills.
