- Experience in Windows system administration, preferably in L3 support.

- Server OS Upgrade/Patching and Software Lifecycle Execution: Administer, configure, install, and maintain Server operating systems (Windows) in cloud environment.

- Monitoring and Optimization: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively monitor server performance, analyze logs, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for performance tuning and capacity planning.

- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Act as a first point of contact for issues during upgrade changes and outages, helping with root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

- Infrastructure Services Support: Administrator and understand core infrastructure services such as Active Directory (AD), Config Policies,



Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and IIS.

- Knowledge on security tools and integration practices.

- Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Platform, networking, security, application) to support Lifecycle projects and upgrade. Create and maintain detailed documentation of all configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting. Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
