Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Wholesale Pharmacy Marketing Executive responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare-related business partners. The candidate will support business growth through effective market visits, client coordination, order generation, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and generate orders.
- Promote and communicate the company’s pharmacy products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers for orders, payments, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, billing, and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales activities,



and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Prepare regular sales and market visit reports for management.
- Ensure skilled representation of the organization in the market.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; preference may be given to candidates with a background in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Sales, or Marketing.
- 1–3 years of experience in wholesale pharmacy, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of local pharmacy and wholesale markets.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for regular market visits.
