Role Description The Marketing Manager / Partner will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategy for Zeetech Soft Solution’s AI and enterprise software offerings. This full-time, on-site role in Kannur involves developing and implementing marketing plans, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and collaborating with leadership to position the company in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, defining value propositions, creating and overseeing marketing content and collateral, and optimizing lead generation activities.

The role also includes building partnerships, coordinating with sales and product teams,



tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies to support business growth and brand visibility. As a partner-level contributor, the individual will participate in strategic decision-making and help shape long-term marketing and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution for B2B technology or software solutions.
- Experience with digital marketing practices such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Robust skills in content creation and management, including copywriting for web, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Competence in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying customer segments and value propositions.
- Proven track record in brand building, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with clients and partners.
- Familiarity with AI, enterprise software, ERP systems, or SaaS products, and an interest in emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in a managerial or partner-level role, including responsibility for budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning.
