Vankayala Nagaraja Chetty Grandson India Private Limited (VNCGIPL) is looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our growing corporate group.

This is a group-level role focused on building strong systems across Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Audit, Financial Controls, Treasury and Compliance .

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & financial reporting

• GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS & statutory tax compliance

• Audit coordination

• Financial controls & risk management

• Cash-flow & treasury oversight

• Budgeting, forecasting & MIS

• Multi-entity / group accounting

• Inter-company accounting & reconciliations

• Finance policies, SOPs & approval controls

• Financial support for corporate transactions

• Working closely with the Founder, Board, CS, Legal and Auditors

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting & taxation

• Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance

• Experience with Private Limited Companies / multiple entities preferred

• Founder/promoter-facing experience is an advantage

• Strong integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail

• Ability to build systems rather than only perform routine filings

Preferred: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Karnataka
