Must-Have :
Windows 365 Cloud PC Administration
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
- Design and implement Cloud PC provisioning policies and user assignments.
- Monitor Cloud PC performance, usage, and capacity.
Endpoint and Platform Integration
- Integrate Windows 365 with Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
- Apply basic knowledge of Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop management.
Support and Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot Cloud PC connectivity, provisioning, and user experience issues.
Positive-to-Have:
- AWS and Azure cloud knowledge
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate database operations, Terraform workflows, and cloud tasks.
- Ability to build custom utilities for monitoring, migration, or validation.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and logging frameworks to support end-to-end platform reliability.
