Require a 7-10 years of experienced well engineer, with a preferred operations background, stationed at

Northern India wellsite and reporting to the Senior Well Engineer at the office. 3 weeks at the field and 1 week off rotation. Initial 12 months contract and possible for further extension.

Main

1. Work closely with the Drilling Supervisor and Service Contractors on the rig to ensure that drilling and completion or workover operations are carried out as per programme and to ensure that all service contractors perform their duties in a timely and secure manner.

2. Responsible to highlight to the management team, any deviation of deployment of well construction activities, materials & equipment from the final signed drilling program

3. Provide technical support & audit during drilling

4. He should wear dual hat –

Technical Advisor + PMC

5. Submit monthly report on the above activities highlighting any discrepancies, red flags and suggest course correction in case of deviations.
