Role Description The Wedding Planner at Panigrahana Weddings will coordinate and manage weddings from initial consultation through event completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their vision, creating detailed event plans and timelines, and collaborating with in-house vendors for decor, catering, entertainment, photography, and other services. The role involves overseeing budget allocation, negotiating vendor requirements, conducting venue visits, and ensuring seamless execution on the wedding day.

The Wedding

Planner will also handle guest coordination, last-minute changes,



and on-site problem solving to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Event Planning skills to organize multiple wedding elements efficiently.
- Candidates should possess specialized Wedding Planning skills, including vendor coordination and end-to-end ceremony management.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, track, and optimize costs while meeting client expectations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, guest needs, and on-the-day interactions.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, culinary, and operations teams.
- High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced event environments.
- Prior experience in wedding or event management, hospitality, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by wedding schedules.
