Role Description The Wedding Planner will manage end-to-end planning and execution of luxury weddings, working closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed event plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating timelines, coordinating with venues and vendors, overseeing décor and production, tracking budgets, and ensuring all logistical elements run smoothly.

The role involves frequent in-person client meetings, site visits, vendor negotiations,



and on-the-day event management to maintain high standards of service and guest experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning to manage multiple complex events and timelines.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, including cost tracking, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting for events.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle high expectations, and manage client and guest communication.
- Prior experience in luxury events, hospitality, or wedding planning; experience with destination weddings is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site at events, including evenings and weekends, and coordinating with diverse vendors and stakeholders.
- Relevant education in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
