Role & responsibilities

- Conduct and host live webinars on financial services, financial markets, trading, and investment-related topics.

- Deliver financial concepts and market information in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

- Act as the primary host and maintain a smooth flow throughout the webinar.

- Engage the audience through Q&A; sessions, polls, discussions, and interactive activities.

- Coordinate with speakers, analysts, trainers, and internal teams for webinar preparation and execution.

- Prepare scripts, presentations, talking points, and session agendas.

- Handle participant questions and ensure professional and timely communication.

- Promote upcoming webinars through social media and digital marketing channels.

- Monitor and maintain records of attendance, engagement, enquiries, and leads.

- Conduct post-webinar follow-ups and support lead nurturing and conversion.

- Collect audience feedback and identify opportunities to improve future webinars.

- Ensure all financial communication is presented in a professional, accurate, and responsible manner.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 years of experience in Webinar Hosting, Financial Services,



Banking, Trading, Investment, or related fields.

- Excellent verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, investments, and financial products.

- Confident and comfortable speaking to large online audiences.

- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.

- Strong audience engagement and Q&A; handling skills.

- Professional personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, or basic digital marketing will be an added advantage.

- Comfortable working with webinar platforms, presentation tools, and digital communication channels.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with speakers, analysts, and internal teams.

- Self-motivated, presentable, and capable of working in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment.

- Candidates with experience in financial education, investment webinars, trading platforms, or fintech will be preferred.
