Job Summary

We are looking for a Website Developer & Performance Marketing Executive who can independently handle our website development, maintenance, optimization, and digital advertising activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in website development + Google Ads + Meta Ads + SEO + website analytics and should be able to manage both technical and marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

- Develop, maintain, and update the company website.
- Manage website content, product pages, banners, landing pages, and basic UI improvements.
- Identify and fix website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, user experience, and conversion rate.
- Handle basic integrations such as payment gateways, analytics, pixels, etc.
- Coordinate with external developers/agencies whenever required.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, leads, sales, and ROAS.




- Create remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

SEO & Analytics

- Handle basic on-page SEO, keyword research, and technical SEO.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
