Vankayala Nagaraja Chetty Grandson India Private Limited (VNCGIPL) is looking for a capable IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity professional to build, manage and secure the technology infrastructure of our growing corporate group.

This is a foundational role covering Servers, Networking, Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Endpoint Management, Monitoring, Backup, Identity & Access Management and IT Operations .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain servers, storage and core IT infrastructure.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and VPN.
- Manage laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets and other IT devices.
- Handle operating systems, Microsoft 365/business applications and cloud services.
- Manage user accounts, MFA, permissions, identity and access controls.
- Implement and maintain antivirus, EDR/XDR, firewall and endpoint security.
- Monitor systems, networks, devices, security events and critical services.
- Manage vulnerability assessment, patching, system hardening and security controls.
- Establish and maintain backup, recovery and disaster-recovery processes.
- Maintain IT asset, software licence, subscription and warranty records.
- Develop IT policies, SOPs, security procedures and technical documentation.
- Maintain IT, security, access, incident and monitoring logs.
- Handle IT troubleshooting and coordinate technical support.
- Coordinate with MSPs, cybersecurity providers, cloud providers, OEMs and other IT vendors.
- Support cybersecurity audits, penetration testing, ISO 27001 and other technology compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Founder, Management, HR, CA, CS and Legal on technology and security matters.
- Support secure technology infrastructure across VNCGIPL, subsidiaries and future ventures.

What We're Looking For

- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity or related field.
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure,



systems administration, networking and/or cybersecurity.
- Practical knowledge of servers, networking, endpoints, cloud and cybersecurity.
- Understanding of firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
- Experience with identity/access management and device administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build IT systems and processes from the ground up.
- Strong confidentiality, integrity, security awareness and ownership.
- Comfortable working directly with Founder and management.

Preferred Certifications Certifications such as the following are an advantage:

- CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+
- Microsoft certifications
- Cisco certifications
- Fortinet / Palo Alto / other firewall certifications
- CCNA / CCNP
- Azure / AWS certifications
- CompTIA Security+
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- ISO 27001-related knowledge
- Other relevant infrastructure or cybersecurity certifications
