The Role:

We are looking for a versatile Web & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our digital touchpoints. In this role, you will oversee the planning, development and maintenance of company and client websites, while simultaneously driving growth and engagement across social media platforms. You will be the bridge between our designers, developers and content teams, ensuring every digital project is executed flawlessly from concept to deployment.

What You’ll Do:

Web Management: Oversee website updates, ensure responsive and user-friendly layouts, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain overall site health.

Social Media Leadership: Execute social media calendars, curate engaging posts, and foster community engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Cross-Channel Consistency:



Ensure brand narratives and visual identities remain perfectly aligned across websites and social channels.

Performance Tracking: Monitor web and social analytics, interpret data, and recommend actionable improvements to boost visibility and engagement.

Project Coordination: Manage timelines and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital campaigns.

What You Bring:

Web & CMS Skills: Hands-on experience with front-end basics, web design principles, and common CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).

Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to build social strategies, manage communities, and create compelling digital content.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to track performance.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of core SEO principles. Familiarity with Meta Ads conversion metrics, paid social strategies, or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is a strong advantage.

Communication: Exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to articulate digital strategies to clients and internal teams.
