ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Web Developer to join our nearshore team and support a German technology portfolio. The successful candidate will work across multiple website projects — primarily ins Webflow and WordPress

— covering corporate sites, landing pages, and e-commerce builds. Beyond coding skills, we need someone with a robust visual sense, a passion for mobile-first design, and the drive to work efficiently using modern AI-assisted workflows.

This is an on-site position (Chandigarh office). Working hours are flexible and project-driven — some days may reach 10 hours, others are lighter. We value people who can shift gears quickly and always deliver quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and maintain websites in Webflow and WordPress • Develop mobile-first, responsive layouts with pixel-perfect quality • Write clean, structured code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Implement on-page SEO basics: internal linking, alt texts, meta structures • Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate daily workflows • Write small automation scripts for repetitive web and SEO tasks • Work through task lists thoroughly, quickly, and without quality loss • Handle multiple projects simultaneously across the portfolio

Web Flow is mandatory.

- Must-Have Skills: WordPress — Expert: Deep hands-on experience building, customizing, and managing WordPress websites.
- HTML & CSS — Expert: Strong command of clean, structured, responsive, and cross-browser compatible development.
- JavaScript — Advanced: Comfortable with DOM manipulation, logic, interactions, and lightweight scripting.
- Mobile Web Development — Expert: Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first development. Portfolio/work samples are required.




- UI & Design Sense — Strong: A good aesthetic eye for layout, spacing, alignment, typography, and overall website presentation.
- AI Tool Usage — Active: Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve speed, efficiency, problem-solving, and output quality. We value people who take initiative to explore and adopt new AI tools.
- Detail + Speed — Critical: You must be able to deliver high-quality work at a fast pace. Accuracy and attention to detail are just as important as throughput.

In short: We’re looking for someone who can build quickly, build cleanly, spot details others miss, and take ownership of the final website experience.

- Multi-project mindset: Comfortable juggling several website projects at the same time
- AI-native: Uses AI tools as a natural part of the workflow, not as an afterthought
- Proactive & autonomous: Takes ownership, flags blockers early, doesn't need micromanaging
- Flexible hours: Project-driven schedule — some intensive days, lighter others
- On-site presence: Office-based in Chandigarh; full-remote is not an option

SENIORITY Level: Mid-Level to Senior. Proven track record with real projects is more important than years of experience.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

- Minimum 3–5 live website references must be submitted with the application
- At least 2 mobile-optimised projects (responsive design, mobile UX focus)
- At least 1 Wordflow project (full build, not just minor edits)
