Key responsibilities

- Create, edit, publish, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint pages, news articles, and intranet content.
- Manage site assets including documents, images, multimedia content, and page metadata.
- Ensure all content complies with branding, accessibility, governance, and quality standards.
- Review and optimize page layouts, navigation, and user experience across intranet sites.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement content updates.
- Design, develop, and enhance responsive web components using HTML5, CSS3, JSON and JavaScript.
- Customize SharePoint pages using approved scripting solutions and contemporary SharePoint capabilities with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Improve user engagement through interactive content, custom web components.
- Support site owners and publishers with content management and publishing activities.
- Conduct content audits, recommend improvements, and support intranet modernization initiatives.
- Perform quality assurance checks before publication to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The team You will be part of the team that manages UBS.com, intranet and e-mail marketing. We strive for excellent customer experience and ensure that all our services are on-brand, cost efficient and fully compliant with all UBS policies

Your skills and experience

- 5-6+ years of experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint platforms, including content creation, page publishing, news management, and site administration. Should have strong proficiency in content management with a keen eye for accuracy, formatting, and user experience.
- Should have strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Java Script, J Query & REST APIs.
- Should have experience on Power platform (Power automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Should have an eye toward detail in alignment, color and developing to specification




- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Will be an added advantage if you have knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, etc.)
- AI Technologies (Agent building, effective prompt skills)
