About The Role

This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Web Developer role based in Nagercoil, Tamilnadu.

The Frontend Web

Developer will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining responsive web interfaces for Identy.io’s biometric authentication products. The primary goal is to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and accessible user experience across various modern browsers and devices. You will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, efficient code, ensuring that interfaces are both visually appealing and functionally robust.

The role requires integrating frontend components with backend APIs to facilitate smooth data flow and interaction. You will implement secure, performant client-side logic aligned with industry standards, emphasizing security and efficiency. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities also include performing code reviews, troubleshooting issues, refining features based on user feedback, and documenting frontend architecture and best practices to foster continuous improvement in web development processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills,



including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, and proficiency in Responsive Web Design.
- Solid Web Development skills are essential, covering core technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a proven track record of building production-grade web applications.
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development and software development fundamentals is necessary to effectively integrate with APIs, comprehend data flows, and collaborate with backend teams.
- Experience with performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards (WCAG), and secure coding practices for web interfaces is highly desirable.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Familiarity with Git-based workflows and prior experience in security, identity, or fintech domains will be considered advantageous.

You will optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and security, adhering to industry best practices. Conducting thorough code reviews, debugging,



and troubleshooting issues will be part of your routine to maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation of frontend architecture, development guidelines, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and future scalability.
