Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and maintain our websites while also handling digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

- Develop, maintain, and update websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Create and manage website pages, landing pages, product pages, and website content.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and Shopify stores as required.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Identify and fix website issues, bugs, broken links, and basic technical problems.
- Maintain website security, backups, updates, and overall functionality.

SEO – Search Engine Optimization

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
- Manage meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and other on-page SEO elements.
- Monitor website rankings, traffic, and SEO performance.
- Work on improving organic search visibility and website traffic.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.




- Conduct audience research, keyword research, campaign setup, and budget optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for posts, creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.
- Basic to positive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and Google Search Console.
- Practical experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience in social media management and content planning.
- Good understanding of website performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
