Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Asansol, with responsibility for the Durgapur and Bardhaman areas.

The Sales

Executive will identify and approach prospective customers, present products and services, and build long-term relationships to drive sales growth. Daily tasks include visiting clients, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining sales records, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for delivery and after-sales support,



and providing feedback from the market.

The Sales

Executive is expected to meet sales targets, represent the company professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles or machinery products, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to plan routes, manage time efficiently, and work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and using basic computer applications for reporting.
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in automotive, machinery, or related industries.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfortable with on-site work and regular travel within Asansol, Durgapur, and Bardhaman.
