ABOUT THE COMPANY Viksara Complete Water Solutions is a leading provider of water purification and cooling systems, dedicated to delivering clean and safe drinking water solutions to customers across the region. The company specializes in RO water purifiers and water coolers, combining technical excellence with superior customer service to build long-term relationships with clients. ROLE OVERVIEW This is a full time hybrid role combining on-field service technician responsibilities with office-based administrative and telecalling duties. You will be responsible for servicing water purification systems, handling customer interactions, coordinating appointments, and driving new business acquisition. The role requires flexibility to work both in the field and office environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Service and maintain water purifier (RO) and water cooler systems at customer locations • Attend customer service calls, diagnose technical issues, and implement timely troubleshooting solutions • Install, repair, and perform regular maintenance on water purification systems • Travel to customer locations and manage field service visits efficiently • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy • Coordinate service appointments and document customer requirements accurately • Generate new business opportunities and assist in customer acquisition efforts • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all customer interactions • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities • Provide excellent customer support and handle complaints with empathy and resolution focus • Assist with office administration, data entry, and basic documentation tasks

MUST-HAVE SKILLS • 0-3 years of experience in water purifier, RO system, or water cooler servicing and maintenance • Basic technical knowledge of water purification systems and troubleshooting capabilities • Strong communication and customer handling skills • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for field service assignments • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Punctuality and reliability in attending scheduled appointments • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

GOOD TO HAVE • Formal certification or training in water purification system servicing • Prior experience in customer service or telecalling roles • Familiarity with CRM systems or service management software • Knowledge of water quality standards and safety protocols • Sales or business development experience • Fluency in local languages in addition to English and Hindi
