Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations. Manage and allocate tasks to warehouse staff. Monitor inward and outward shipments. Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. Monitor stock availability and resolve stock discrepancies. Coordinate with courier partners for shipment pickup and delivery. Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping and product handling.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and daily performance. Identify operational issues and take corrective action. Ensure all warehouse activities are completed on time and as per process.
