Job Title

- Warehouse Manager

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, and dispatch processes.

- Ensure smooth supply operations in accordance with company standards.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper warehouse records.

- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of required materials.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

- Coordinate with the operations and finance teams for smooth procurement and supply processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase daily-use requirements for restaurants.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth supply processes.

- Place Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.

- Follow up with the finance team regarding pending payments.

- Monitor daily indent placement within the specified cut-off time.

- Maintain records of late indents, missing GRNs, and incorrect GRNs.

- Check GRNs for previous Purchase Orders.

- Inform stores about missing GRNs, late indents,



and short supplies.

- Review indents carefully before placing Purchase Orders.

- Maintain accurate documentation of procurement and warehouse activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.

- Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong process-oriented approach.

- Valuable vendor management and convincing skills.

- Ability to work effectively with a team.

- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

- Should be able to communicate in Hindi.

- Self-motivated, analytical, energetic, and responsible.
