About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run the physical hub of our pharma distribution network. This role owns day-to-day warehouse operations — receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch — ensuring every order leaves the facility accurately, on time, and fully compliant with pharma regulatory standards. You'll work closely with the Supply Chain & Distribution Head, procurement, and last-

mile logistics teams to keep the warehouse running as a lean, reliable engine for the business, while directly managing warehouse staff and daily operating metrics.

Warehouse Operations

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations — inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing,

and dispatch — for pharma products.
- Ensure accurate, real-time inventory records through regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits.
- Own order fulfillment SLAs — order accuracy, pick-pack TAT, and on-time dispatch — to meet daily targets.
- Plan warehouse layout, racking, and storage zones to optimize space utilization and pick efficiency.
- Coordinate with last-mile logistics and transport partners to ensure timely handover and delivery of shipments.

Inventory & Stock Management




- Maintain optimal stock levels in coordination with the procurement and demand planning teams to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Implement FEFO/FIFO practices for expiry management, and drive timely liquidation of near-expiry stock.
- Manage returns, damages, and shortages with proper documentation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action.
- Track and report key inventory metrics — inventory accuracy, carrying cost, shrinkage, and turns.

Compliance & Quality
- Ensure the warehouse operates in full compliance with drug licensing, GDP (Good Distribution

Practices), and other applicable pharma regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cold-chain and storage-condition compliance for temperature-sensitive products, where applicable.
- Put in place and enforce quality checks for product authenticity, batch traceability, and safe handling.
- Ensure adherence to statutory safety, licensing, and audit requirements; be the point of contact for regulatory and internal audits.

Technology & Process

- Drive adoption and effective use of WMS/ERP systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and reconciliation.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and improve warehouse workflows.
- Define and track key operating metrics — fill rate, dispatch TAT, order accuracy, cost per order — and drive continuous improvement.

Team & People Management
- Recruit, train,



and manage warehouse staff including supervisors, pickers/packers, and support personnel.
- Build shift plans and manpower schedules to ensure adequate coverage against order volumes.
- Drive a solid culture of safety, discipline, and accountability on the warehouse floor.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain & Distribution Head and cross-functional teams (Procurement,

City/Sales, Payments) to ensure a seamless retailer experience.

What We're Looking For

- 8–12 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or logistics, ideally within pharma/healthcare distribution, FMCG, or B2B e-commerce.
- Proven experience running a mid-to-large scale warehouse, including inventory management and dispatch operations.
- Working knowledge of pharma trade regulations, drug licensing, and GDP norms is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and comfortable using data to drive daily decisions.
- Strong people-management skills with experience leading floor teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to set up processes from scratch and adapt as the business scales.
- An ownership-driven, hands-on mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience at a pharma distributor, wholesaler, or B2B pharma platform.
- Experience managing cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage.
- Exposure to multi-city or multi-warehouse operations.
