Role Description The Warehouse Helper role at IMC is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode.

The Warehouse

Helper supports daily warehouse operations, including assisting with receiving incoming goods, unloading materials, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. This role involves packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that products are accurately labeled, securely packed, and dispatched on time.

follow safety and housekeeping standards, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth workflow. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a reliable, team-oriented approach to supporting the warehouse and overall supply chain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing goods accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare, label, and secure products for secure storage and transport.
- Candidates should possess skills in Unloading to handle and move goods from delivery vehicles to warehouse storage areas.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to safely transport and stack materials within the warehouse.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include basic inventory management skills, ability to follow safety procedures, and comfort with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management abilities, along with reliability and punctuality, are highly valued.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
