Position: Warehouse Manager

Department: Warehouse / Operations

Reports To: Operations Head / Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Ensure proper inventory control and maintain accurate stock records.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.

- Plan and allocate manpower and daily warehouse activities.

- Supervise warehouse staff and monitor attendance, productivity, discipline and performance.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Logistics, Accounts and other departments.

- Ensure timely and accurate inward and outward material movement.

- Maintain proper warehouse PODs, SOPs, records, documentation and MIS reports.

- Ensure warehouse 5S, housekeeping, safety and security standards.

- Monitor material handling and minimize damage, wastage and operational losses.

- Manage warehouse space utilization and storage arrangements.

- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

- Coordinate with transporters/logistics partners for smooth and timely dispatches.

Admin & HR Activities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse administration.





- Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, recruitment, joining and employee deployment.

- Monitor attendance, shifts, leave and overtime.

- Coordinate employee training, induction, safety training and performance evaluation.

- Handle employee grievances, discipline and welfare activities in coordination with HR.

- Provide attendance/overtime and other required.

- Manage warehouse security, housekeeping, uniforms, PPE, stationery and other administrative requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

Key Skills / Requirements

- Valuable knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.

- Strong team handling and leadership skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel preferred.

- Ability to manage manpower and warehouse operations independently.

- Strong focus on accuracy, discipline, safety and productivity.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
