ob Description (JD) – Warehouse Picker & Packer

1. Pick materials accurately as per the Delivery Note (DN), Pick List, or system instructions.

2. Verify the material code, quantity, batch/serial number, and product condition before packing.

3. Pack materials using approved packaging standards to ensure protected transportation.

4. Label and prepare packages correctly for dispatch, including shipping labels and documents.

5. Handle materials carefully to avoid damage during picking, packing, and movement.

6. Report any stock shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking, packing, and staging areas.

8. Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S practices while performing daily activities.

9. Assist in inventory counting, stock replenishment, and other warehouse operations as required.

10. Achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
