Key Responsibilities

- Develop WalkMe processes, walkthroughs and in-app guidance to support user adoption of SAP Fiori.

- Create a generic navigation guide suitable for all impacted users, covering common Fiori dashboard navigation, launchpad usage and personalization basics.

- Design more detailed guidance for complex Fiori applications, ensuring users understand key process steps, decision points and system interactions.

- Work with process owners, SMEs, change leads and technical teams to understand user journeys, pain points and priority adoption needs.

- Translate business process requirements into simple, user-friendly digital adoption content.

- Test WalkMe content across relevant personas, roles and environments to ensure accuracy, usability and consistency.

- Update and refine guidance based on feedback from UAT, training, hyper care and adoption monitoring.

- Support the creation of reusable guidance standards, naming conventions and governance for future WalkMe development.

Key Deliverables

- Generic WalkMe navigation guide for all impacted SAP Fiori users.

- Persona-specific and app-specific WalkMe guidance for more complex Fiori applications.

- Validated WalkMe content aligned to the initial five personas and agreed rollout scope.

- Documented WalkMe build standards,



testing approach and maintenance notes.

- Feedback log and improvement actions arising from testing, training and hypercare.

Skills and Experience

- Hands-on experience developing WalkMe content, including Smart Walk-Thrus, launchers, tooltips, segmentation and user guidance.

- Robust understanding of digital adoption, user onboarding and change enablement principles.

- Experience working with SAP and SAP Fiori is desirable.

- Ability to interpret business processes and convert them into clear, step-by-step user guidance.

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to test content thoroughly across user roles and scenarios.

- Good stakeholder engagement skills, including working with SMEs, project teams, change teams and end users.

- Clear written communication style and ability to simplify technical or process-heavy content for business users.

Working Relationships The role will work closely with the SAP Fiori project team, business process owners, persona representatives, change and communications leads, SAP functional and technical teams, and end-user testers to ensure WalkMe guidance is practical, accurate and aligned to the rollout approach.
