Wanted Marketing/Sales Executive for a PP Woven Sacks Manufacturing Industry

Near Redhills, Chennai.

Position : Marketing / Sales Executive.

Gender : Male Candidate Preferred

Age : 26 to 35 years.

Experience : 3 to 5 years in the Manufacturing Industry ( Sales Experience )

Qualification : Any degree or diploma, good communication skills , fluency in English and Tamil.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
2. Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
3. Generate sales leads through customer visits, calls, emails, and other marketing activities.
4. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and follow up until order confirmation.
5. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Understand customer specification and product requirements and coordinate with production and quality departments.
7. Handle customer enquires, complaints and feedback promptly.
8. Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, payments and outstanding receivables.
9. Maintain customer databases, sales records, enquiry status, quotations, and order details.
10. Submit daily / weekly / monthly sales reports and market feedback to management.
11. Coordinate with production, quality, stores, dispatch to ensure smooth escalation of customer orders.
12. Follow-up with customers for timely payment of invoices and outstanding dues.





Key Skills:- Communication skills, negotiations, customer relationship management, sales planning, basic computer knowledge, willingness to travel for customer visits. Having a two wheeler with valid drivers license is a must.

Salary :-

35,000 to 40,000/- CTC per month with statutory benefits like PF, bonus, paid leave etc.
