- Hands-on experience with Optima AUC Analytical Ultracentrifuge.
- Method development and qualification/validation of Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) methods.
- Experience with SEC-MALS, protein characterization using CD Spectroscopy, Spectrofluorometer.
- Robust understanding of cGMP, QMS, and ALCOA++ principles.

Education: M.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Tech Biotechnology

- MSD (Meso Scale Discovery/ECL) assay development and validation.
- Clinical ELISA assay development and validation.
- ADA screening, confirmatory titer assays, cell-based and non-cell-based NAb assays.
- PK assay development and validation along with assay troubleshooting and optimization.

- Good knowledge and experience in HPLC, LC-MS, IR, Capillary Electrophoresis (CE), spectrophotometers and other analytical instruments
- Knowledge of cGMP, ICH and other regulatory guidelines; familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
