Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve networking-related issues. Diagnose basic TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity problems.



Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution. Maintain accurate incident and service request records. Deliver timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Basic Networking Knowledge TCP/IP Fundamentals Network Troubleshooting Skills Technical Support Experience Positive Understanding of LAN/WAN Concepts Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Preferred Skills Exposure to DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching Experience using ticketing tools Customer-facing support experience Network Monitoring Knowledge Eligibility 2-5 years of relevant Technical Support or Network Support experience. Any Degree Strong communication skills are mandatory.
