- We are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator with VMware expertise to manage, support, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments and VMware virtualization infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Windows Server administration, VMware vSphere technologies, Active Directory, system monitoring, troubleshooting, patch management, and infrastructure optimization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Windows Administration
- Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File/Print Services.
- Perform server installations, configurations, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Implement and manage Windows patching and security updates.
- Troubleshoot OS, hardware, application, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions,



and security policies.
- VMware Administration
- Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server.
- Create and maintain virtual machines, templates, snapshots, and resource pools.
- Manage VMware clusters, HA (High Availability), DRS, and vMotion.
- Monitor and optimize virtual infrastructure performance.
- Perform VM provisioning, migration, and disaster recovery activities.
- Configure and manage VMware storage technologies including SAN and NAS integrations.
- Support backup and recovery solutions for virtual environments.

Required Skills

- Solid experience with Windows Server Administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
- Experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, and Storage vMotion.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Understanding of SAN, NAS, and storage technologies.
- Experience with server monitoring and performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Knowledge of backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or NetBackup.
