Datamatics is looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our team in Nashik for an international BPO / Call Center process. If you have a passion for developing people, driving performance excellence, and building a culture of success, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective training programs for current hires.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions to reinforce processes.
- Create, manage, and evaluate Product Knowledge Tests.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of training delivery experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Availability to work in a Night Shift.
Location: Nashik
