Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Personal Loan and Business Loan products.

- Connect with prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.

- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

- Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and other relevant details to customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.

- Experience: Candidates with 6 months3 years of telesales/sales experience preferred.

- Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Credit Card, or Financial Services sales will be an added advantage.

- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated personality.





- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales setting.

- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
