We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage customer follow-ups, recover outstanding payments, and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers via calls and follow-ups regarding pending payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
Meet collection and recovery targets.
Requirements
- 1.3 years of experience in collections, recovery, customer service, or BFSI.
- Fluency in a South Indian Language is preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Graduation is preferred.
- Preferred Industry / Background: BFSI, Fintech, Banking, NBFC, BPO Collections.
- South Indian Language Preferred.
- Monday to Friday working
- 10:00 am to 7:00pm (General Shift)
- Sat and sun off
