- 3 to 4 years of relevent experience in IT-Contract Staffing
- Strong understanding of IT technical roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle - Understand the client requirement, Sourcing, Initial telephonic screening, Interview scheduling, monitoring by having regular follow-ups with candidates until on-boarding, post onboarding followup.
- Good Experience in working on different job boards.
- Willingness to work in flexible hours as needed .
- Team player with a passion for Recruitment
- Adaptable, flexible approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude
- Preferably from Computer Science background and immediate joiners
