Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experience by offering personalized eye care services to customers.
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams, including refractions and dispensing of glasses or contact lenses.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in optometry or related field (optical sales, ophthalmology).
- B.Sc (Optometry), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Solid understanding of optics, optical sales, refraction techniques, and contact lens fittings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
