About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data, identifying risks, improving operational efficiency through automation, and delivering high-quality outcomes. This role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and committed to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.

- Design, build, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

- Develop automated workflows and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Monitor business and operational risk metrics, investigate exceptions, and recommend corrective actions.

- Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders.

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analyses and reports.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce operational risks.

- Meet individual and team KPIs while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, subqueries, query optimisation, etc.).

- Advanced Excel skills

- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.

- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

- Knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.

- Exposure to Machine Learning concepts or predictive analytics.

- Understanding of risk management, fraud analytics, compliance, or operational risk.
