SL Lumax Ltd. is looking for experienced and passionate Quality Professionals to join our growing team as part of our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Supplier Quality Control (SQC).
- Ensure compliance with Automotive Quality Standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints, supplier quality concerns, and process audits.
- Utilise quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and CAPA.
- Drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Quality (IPQC/SQC).
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
- Valuable communication and computer skills.
- Experience in Automotive Lighting Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
