Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self motivated Swiss Army Knife to set up a new business from scratch. As the Program Manager, the individual will act as a shadow to the business head, and will be involved across business functions, and in putting all pieces together to create the perfect puzzle.

Primary responsibilities for the individual will be to manage all business data and share actionable insights for improvement. The role will involve equal time on the ground and behind the screen, owning business inputs as well as outputs.*

What Youll Do:

- Manage end-to-end business data, including function-level metrics and overall P&L;, and derive actionable insights for decision-making
- Work closely with the Business Head, acting as a shadow and supporting strategic as well as operational initiatives
- Take ownership of on-ground execution, including fieldwork and ensuring business outcomes are achieved
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by working with multiple teams and solving business challenges with leadership support
- Build and standardize processes and SOPs across functions to ensure operational efficiency




- Support productization of operations through internal tools and third-party SaaS solutions
- Play a key role in new city launches, acting as the on-ground lead during initial setup and execution
- Balance both strategic planning and hands-on execution, contributing equally on-ground and through data analysis

What Were Looking for:

- Bachelors degree from a reputed institution (Tier 1 preferred) and an MBA from a recognized institute
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, program management, or related roles (experience in retail distribution, sales, or BFSI is preferred)
- Strong experience in project/program management with high comfort in data analysis and dashboarding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to switch contexts quickly and build new business capabilities from scratch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools help me with the skills for naukri job posting
