- End-to-end ownership of assigned client accounts or projects(physical and digital dispatches of legal notices).
- Oversee new client data onboarding on internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update MIS trackers with up-to-date client and account information on a regular basis.
- Ensure all client documentation and requirement formalities are completed as per SOP.
- Manage and update client specifications related to operations and billing.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to capture requirements, provide updates, and address queries.
- Send timely reminders and follow-ups to clients for smooth execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange resources and materials required for operations.
- Reconcile resources and materials utilized, ensuring timely invoice generation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure on-time payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment across activities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in back-office operations, MIS management, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM payment systems.
- Process-driven with strong operational compliance.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers, MIS reporting, and data management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for qualified email and telephonic interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
